To ensure that the brand was positioned for success, I conducted a thorough SWOT analysis and presented recommendations to the owner on how to optimize the brand's positioning.


We also executed a successful influencer campaign, generating over 1.6 million views and $65,000 in revenue by collaborating with influencer DogFace208.


Optimized their online sales funnel, resulting in a 12% increase in conversions by improving user experience and call-to-action messaging.
